NetSuite announces latest UK customer wins

LONDON—29 November 2005—NetSuite, Inc., the leader in on-demand business management software for small and mid-sized businesses, today announced a number of customer wins in the UK from a spectrum of industries spanning software, consulting, telecommunications and sports. These customers include Optimity, Barantas Limited, and Opta Sportsdata.

Ranked as the fastest-growing private company by Deloitte's recent Fast 50 list, and the fastest-growing private software company in the U.S. by Inc. Magazine, NetSuite has been rapidly gaining customer traction worldwide. For more information on NetSuite UK customers, please visit http://www.netsuite.com.au/portal/au/uk/customers/main.shtml.

Businesses usually vigorously evaluate different software packages before committing to one. The UK businesses that chose NetSuite over Goldmine, SalesLogix, and Salesforce.com made their decisions for a number of reasons including functionality, customisability, scalability, price, and the calibre of the NetSuite people. However, the key factor that attracted these companies to NetSuite is the one system approach, which provides businesses one tightly integrated software application to enable them to manage their front and back-office operations in real-time.

The new customer wins announced today include:

Optimity: "We initially looked at Goldmine and SalesLogix, but neither was able to easily accommodate some of our more complex processes," said Anthony Impey, Managing Director of Optimity (www.optimity.co.uk) a telecom service provider based in London. "When we came across NetSuite, we identified a product that combined the immediacy of out-of-the-box software, with the flexibility to customise. Since the system was hosted off-site, it could run the kind of system usually only available to massive corporations, but without the capital expenditure and overhead."

Barantas Limited: "We looked at Salesforce.com, but we needed a solution to manage all areas of our business—not just CRM," said Doug Drummond, Managing Director, Barantas Limited (www.barantas.co.uk), a consultancy specialising in security, and based in London and Westbury-on-Tryme, Bristol. "NetSuite was also cheaper. We look forward to how it will be able to grow with our business."

Opta Sportsdata: "We had been looking to integrate our sales process more closely with our customer care, and NetSuite offered the best way to do that," said Patrick Murray, CFO of Opta Sportsdata (www.optasportsdata.com), a London-based provider of rich sports data to companies such as Sky Sports.
