NetSuite Attracts Major CRM Resellers

Leading CRM Resellers Embrace On-Demand Integrated CRM and ERP Solution

SAN MATEO, CA.,—June 15, 2004—NetSuite, Inc., today announced significant reseller wins by signing up Client Interaction, and The Lansdale Group. With extensive experience in implementing traditional client/server software, these resellers are valuable additions to NetSuite's fast-growing solution provider program. The addition of such marquee resellers is not only another milestone in the adoption of on-demand applications, but also a testament to the fact that NetSuite's unique approach of bringing front-office and back-office technology in a single solution is the future direction for next-generation CRM applications. For more information about NetSuite's channel program, please go to www.netsuite.com.au/crmreseller. NetSuite's products include NetSuite, NetCRM, NetERP and Oracle® Small Business Suite. The Oracle Small Business Suite name is used under license from Oracle Corp. (NASDAQ: ORCL).

In the late 1990s, many industry analysts suggested Application Service Providers (ASP) would relegate resellers to a diminished role in selling and servicing customers. NetSuite believed that value-added solution providers would continue to play an important role in customer adoption of on-demand technology, and has shaped a program to ensure that product resellers will prosper with NetSuite as growth for on-demand solutions accelerates. NetSuite's channel program has been recognised by both industry-leading analyst firms and publications. Most recently, NetSuite's program has been awarded a Five-Star rating for its breadth and depth by VARBusiness magazine. In a Gartner survey of Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and consultants, NetSuite received the top ranking as a market visionary and finished in the Top 5 in the Vendor Solutions Poll, a measure of products' functional capability. NetSuite is the only product developed as an on-demand solution to receive such high marks for product capability.

The new CRM resellers wins announced today include:
Client Interaction (www.clientinteraction.com)—Newton, MA-based Client Interaction is a leading provider of software solutions principally designed to support sales, marketing and customer service activities. For over 15 years Client Interaction has helped more than 500 companies implement CRM and content management solutions. As the world's largest Pivotal reseller for 3 years running and in the top ten SalesLogix resellers for 3 years, Client Interaction has been looking for a total CRM and ERP solution. Having watched NetSuite move into the CRM space Client Interaction believes that NetSuite is the only on-demand product that has a complete front-office and back-office solution.

"We watched NetSuite for years, especially on the CRM side," said Barry Berlin, president of Client Interaction. We have always believed they were the only hosted application that was well designed and integrated from the beginning. Then NetSuite went so much further with things such as integrated dashboards and built in commissions, which are a dream in the CRM space. This is a $200,000 value, and the only reason you can do it is because NetSuite can actually track an order from quote to invoice to cash received to commission—a real ‘wow' to our prospects."

The Lansdale Group (www.lansdalegroup.com)—McLean, VA-based Lansdale Group is an e-business solutions company specializing in CRM systems. Staffed by CRM industry veterans and seasoned IT professionals, the Lansdale Group helps clients succeed in their CRM initiatives through its consultants' unique combination of leadership, CRM expertise, and technical skills. The Lansdale Group has a clear vision of what mid-market companies need from information technology: a way to contain the ever-growing IT footprint and to erase the artificial delineation between front and back office. With NetSuite, the Lansdale Group's mid-market clients can run entire business operations without the IT overhead and integration costs associated with other ERP/CRM solutions.

"In our work with mid-sized businesses, we have spent an immense amount of time integrating multiple applications to support more customer-centric business processes," said Douglas Ricks, President of the Lansdale Group. "Our customers would rather start day one with a single, integrated business system to support their entire organization. They are also starting to investigate hosted solutions and questioning the value of maintaining an extensive IT infrastructure. We partnered with NetSuite because we don't see any other vendors meeting this demand with a truly integrated ERP/CRM product hosted over the Internet."
