Into Technology Limited (IT247.com) chooses NetSuite® for one integrated business system

Automated End-to-End Business Processes Fuel Exponential First-year Growth

Real-time Business Dashboards Enable Rapid Decision-making and Business Insight

LONDON and SAN MATEO, Calif.—April 5, 2007—NetSuite, Inc., the leader in on-demand business management software, today announced that Into Technology Limited (www.IT247.com) based in Stockport, Cheshire (UK) has automated its entire business operations on NetSuite — from inventory management to order processing to financials to sales and marketing, boosting its sales to almost £1 million per month. IT247.com — as in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — is a rapidly growing online B2B reseller of computers, hardware, accessories and components. The challenge faced by IT247.com's founders was one most companies only dream of having: how to manage extremely rapid growth. Starting the company in 2005 with an online test catalogue of only 100 products, IT247.com's plans were to grow that number within a year to more than 50,000, pulled from their various suppliers' available inventory of around 200,000 products and generating 4,000 plus orders per month. With such ambitious plans, IT247.com knew it needed a powerful front and back-office solution to manage the expected growth. They initially considered buying bolt-on applications such as Salesforce.com or ACT! to use with Navision, which one of the founders had used in the past. But recognising the complexities of integrating so many disparate systems together they instead opted for NetSuite, discovered through the Web, because in it they found the all-encompassing system they were looking for — one software application that integrates CRM, ERP and ecommerce.

After implementing NetSuite, IT247.com began experiencing rapid growth in sales, averaging 40 percent month on month from April 2006 — to the point where sales orders are reaching £1,000,000 in a single month. NetSuite's robust order management, email marketing campaigns and Customer Center allowed IT247.com to manage that 40 percent month-over-month growth smoothly while maintaining cost controls and providing strong customer service. With NetSuite's industry-leading business dashboards providing up-to-the-moment information on their business activities, IT247.com's executives were able to keep a close eye on all aspects of their business — from marketing campaigns and website activity all the way to inventory, orders and fulfilment status.

"NetSuite enables us to see the precise correlation between the various sales and marketing campaigns we are running with the actual sales coming through the door," said Steve Willock, Managing Director, IT247.com. "For example, at 10 a.m, I can see if sales are slower than expected and immediately check that both our external and internal systems are working optimally and make any necessary adjustments. With NetSuite, it appears that you can be in more than one place at the same time!"

"NetSuite is delighted to have played such a key role in supporting IT247.com's rapid growth and success to-date," said Craig Sullivan, Vice President of International Products, NetSuite. "The results IT247.com has seen in just their first year of business are a testament to both their unique vision in technology product sales and the abilities of NetSuite as a robust and scalable platform for managing an entire business."

Additionally, the flexibility of NetSuite's SuiteFlex platform has allowed IT247.com to accommodate a variety of business process customisations and integration with their own proprietary price management, supply chain management and catalogue merchandising systems, providing a truly vertical-specific solution.
