Winner of CES “Last Gadget Standing” Lytro, Inc. chooses NetSuite to support business growth

NetSuite Partner Demand Solutions Group Helps Lytro Move Business Operations to NetSuite Cloud

SAN MATEO, Calif.—February 7, 2012—NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), the industry's leading provider of cloud-based financials / ERP software suites, today announced that Lytro, Inc., maker of the world's first consumer light field camera, has adopted NetSuite for its ERP needs. Experiencing exponential growth, Lytro realised that it outgrew its existing on-premise system. NetSuite's superior ERP capabilities provide Lytro the ability to manage financials, accounting, orders, and inventory, as well as track production costs in the cloud, giving them greater access to real-time data across their operations. With NetSuite, Lytro is able to gain flexibility and agility to support its fast-growing business.

Based in Mountain View, Calif., Lytro (www.lytro.com) has developed an innovative, groundbreaking camera that captures light field pictures with the press of a single button. By capturing the colour, intensity and direction of light, pictures can be refocused at any time after the fact. Scheduled to ship in Q1 2012, the Lytro camera has already won top prize in the annual Last Gadget Standing competition at CES. After evaluating several on-premise products, Lytro chose the NetSuite cloud solution that can meet the needs of a fast-growing company.

Choosing NetSuite gives Lytro instant access to the leading cloud computing business management solution. NetSuite's offering support Lytro's complex supply chain because the platform allows Lytro to scale and grow from start-up to enterprise. With the help of Demand Solutions Group (DSG), a NetSuite Solution Provider and SDN partner, Lytro was able to integrate NetSuite with other custom software systems leveraging NetSuite's SuiteCloud development platform. NetSuite gives Lytro real-time insight into each stage of the manufacturing, assembly and fulfilment process along with comprehensive details into every order processed through the powerful NetSuite solution.

"Choosing NetSuite helps to ensure that we are prepared for the initial response that we anticipate as the Lytro light field camera enters the market, and the continued growth as the company gains traction," said Kim Jabal, VP of Finance at Lytro. "As an emerging business, NetSuite provides the tools and resources we need today, and can scale with our future growth."
