NetLedger's NetSuite™ earns five stars out of five from PC Magazine

The newly released CRM/ERP suite wins prestigious industry recognition

SAN MATEO, CA—January 6, 2003—NetLedger, Inc., makers of Oracle ® Small Business Suite, today announced it has received five stars out of five for its newly released NetSuite from PC Magazine. This is the third time that NetLedger's product offerings, including Oracle® Small Business Suite, have won the five-star ranking from PC Magazine. The Oracle Small Business Suite name is used under license from Oracle Corporation (ORCL).

In the First Looks review, PC Magazine gave accolades to NetSuite for the recent enhancements to its sister Oracle Small Business Suite in the areas of sales force and customer relationship management, accounting, Customisation, and support for multiple currencies, locations, and companies. According to PC Magazine, "No one in that [midlevel] category has accomplished what NetLedger has with NetSuite. Small or midsize businesses looking for an integrated solution for front- and back-office operations should give this suite a close look." The full review is now available online at: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,4149,764917,00.asp and appears in the January 1, 2003 issue of PC Magazine.

"It's gratifying to see PC Magazine echo the cheers from our customers - that medium-size businesses no longer have to waste time and money with stand-alone legacy CRM packages and integration hassles," said Evan Goldberg, CEO of NetLedger.
