NetSuite unveils technology and global customer launches at 2014 Internet Retailing Conference

Learn How Leading Retail Brands Are Transforming Business and Expanding Globally with Next-Generation Ecommerce Technology

LONDON, UK—13 October 2014—NetSuite Inc. The Internet Retailing Conference brings together retail executives and managers, industry experts and technology providers to share and explore how retailers can transform commerce amid a fast-changing landscape of intense competition and evolving customer expectations for personalised and engaging brand experiences anywhere and on anything.

During the conference, NetSuite VP of Engineering, James Cronin will deliver the presentation, "The Where, Why and How of Online International Expansion", which will cover the challenges and rewards of expanding into new markets. Mr. Cronin will be joined by an executive from Fat Face, a fast-growing lifestyle clothing and accessories retailer based in the UK that is leveraging the NetSuite Venda platform to power its global commerce strategy across the UK, Ireland and expansion into the US. During the joint presentation, attendees will hear some of the key lessons Fat Face learned about the process of leveraging the cloud to facilitate global growth. Fat Face representatives will also describe how they decided on which markets to expand into, and how to tackle challenges such as managing fulfilment and returns and providing customer service excellence that is consistent with their brand. The session is taking place from 14:00–14:30.
