NetSuite announces new Philippine VARs

Kaisa Consulting and Questronix Corporation Partner with NetSuite to Meet Demand for Cloud Business Management Suites Across the Philippines

SAN MATEO, Calif. and MAKATI CITY, Philippines—September 16, 2014—NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), the industry's leading provider of cloud-based financials / ERP and omnichannel commerce software suites, today announced that Kaisa Consulting and Questronix Corporation, two leading IT strategy and implementation consultancies in greater Manila, have joined the NetSuite Solution Provider program. The partnership with NetSuite allows these two partners, for the first time, to modernise their existing product portfolios including Oracle, SAP, Microsoft and IBM by adding NetSuite's cloud-based business management suite. With NetSuite, both Questronix Corporation and Kaisa Consulting are able to meet the growing demand for a comprehensive suite of cloud-based solutions spanning ERP, CRM and ecommerce that is architected specifically for the cloud versus antiquated systems based on client-server technology that lack flexibility, create a hairball of integration challenges, and require ongoing maintenance, a huge IT staff and on-going IT costs.

"Philippine companies are looking for IT solutions that offer low cost, rapid implementation, process automation and real-time visibility across the business, and NetSuite tops the list," said James Dantow, NetSuite VP for Worldwide Support and General Manager for the Philippines. "We're excited to partner with the capable and accomplished teams at Kaisa Consulting and Questronix in helping them meet increasing demand for cloud business management locally."

As the adoption of cloud technologies accelerates, more and more businesses are abandoning inefficient manual spreadsheets and disparate on-premise applications for the agility, speed and flexibility cloud solutions offer. NetSuite has been on the forefront of delivering the world's #1 cloud business management suite to enable these businesses to transform their business operations and realise their business vision. For the Philippine businesses, NetSuite launched the NetSuite PH edition, localised for the accounting rules, usage conventions and regulatory requirements of the Philippine market, including comprehensive support for Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) tax reporting requirements. NetSuite's global business management capabilities enable Philippine businesses to manage their domestic and global businesses in the cloud, whether they are locally headquartered or are a division of a larger, multinational enterprise.

Launched in 2002, the NetSuite Solution Provider Program is the industry's first cloud channel partner program and brings industry leading margins and incentives to hundreds of channel partners. Designed to help solution providers transform their business model to fully capitalise on the revenue growth opportunity of the NetSuite cloud, the NetSuite Solution Provider Program delivers unprecedented services that begin during recruitment and range from business planning, sales, marketing and PS enablement, to training and education. The new partnerships announced today detail:

Kaisa Consulting (www.kaisa.com), a world-class provider of integrated enterprise solutions and business process outsourcing (BPO) services for the small to medium enterprise (SME) market, has added NetSuite as its flagship cloud software offering, expanding its portfolio beyond on-premise solutions from IBM, SAP, Microsoft and others. The company, founded in 2005 and based in Quezon City, is focusing its new NetSuite cloud ERP practice on the light manufacturing, logistics and healthcare industries in the SME space. According to Kaisa, initial apprehension among Philippine companies over running financials in the cloud is diminishing as more success stories and NetSuite client references emerge, with prospects attracted by real-time data visibility, reduction or elimination of manual processes and lower total cost of ownership (TCO). "SMEs are looking for solutions from Kaisa that are not only cost-effective, but can be easily deployed," said Lucky De Leon, Managing Director at Kaisa. "With NetSuite, we are diversifying our solutions and services portfolios to offer our clients in the SME space a cloud-based solution that is widely recognised in the market as highly reliable and user-friendly."

Questronix Corporation (www.questronix.com.ph), has introduced its first cloud software offering through its NetSuite partnership. Founded in 1987 and based in Makati City, Questronix has grown into one of the leading systems integrators in the Philippines through partnerships with IBM, SAP and others, offering best-of-breed hardware and software. With NetSuite, the company is positioned to meet growing client demand for the lower IT costs, faster implementation and ease of maintenance offered by cloud ERP in manufacturing, retail, trading, professional services and financial services, and as a BPO platform. Questronix also expects to benefit from NetSuite's strong development and support presence in the Philippines to help ensure rapid and effective cloud ERP implementations, building on the training it received through the Solution Provider Program. "We recognise the value of cloud computing and are seizing the opportunity to deliver its benefits to our clients by offering NetSuite, the best business solution in the cloud," said Michael Dionisio, Questronix President. "We are bullish on our NetSuite partnership to grow the business as more companies look to use cloud solution without investing in IT infrastructure and personnel."

Today, more than 20,000 companies and subsidiaries depend on NetSuite to run complex, mission-critical business processes globally in the cloud. Since its inception in 1998, NetSuite has established itself as the leading provider of enterprise-class cloud ERP suites for divisions of large enterprises and mid-sized organisations seeking to upgrade their antiquated client/server ERP systems. NetSuite excels at streamlining business operations, as demonstrated by a recent Gartner study naming NetSuite as the fastest growing top 10 financial management systems vendor in the world. NetSuite continues its success in delivering the best cloud ERP/financial suites to businesses around the world, enabling them to lower IT costs significantly while increasing productivity, as the global adoption of the cloud accelerates.
